Ifeoma Oronsaye is a visionary leader, mentor, coach, and counselor dedicated to empowering women and girls to reach their full potential.As the convener of REDD Women Empowerment, she has created a platform that provides a supportive community, resources, and programs for women to thrive. Through her organization, Charis Global Influence, she has impacted numerous lives through innovative solutions, mentorship, and coaching.A medical laboratory scientist by profession, Ifeoma is also an Assistant Lecturer at The Federal Polytechnic, Ohodo, Enugu State. Her passion for knowledge sharing is evident in her writings and audio-visual publications. As a certified life coach, counselor, and pastor, she has a unique ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ifeoma's personal life is a testament to her dedication to family and faith.She is married to Pastor Oronsaye Uyiosa Robert and is a mother to three lovely children.
